Coaches,

What an incredible season!!  The drama was rich, the chess was deep, and the camaraderie was tremendous.  As we wrap up the season, I'm excited to send out this newsletter.  We've got pieces from IHSA's Dan Le and Scott Johnson as well as some updates to the ICCA Division awards for next year.  At the end of the newsletter, you'll find the complete results of the ICCA survey conducted with the Coach of the Year ballot.  We had a record number of participants, thank you to everyone that took a moment to complete the survey!

I've also attached a PDF Outreach document.  Coach Lucas Spriggs of Belleville made this for everyone to share with local schools.  Feel free to share it wide and far!  Let's make sure that all players in Illinois have a chance to participate in this great chess system.  Much thanks to Coach Spriggs for his efforts.
