I recently purchased and installed my Clubsport Steering Wheel Formula Carbon with the CSL Elite Wheel Base + - officially licensed for PS4. I'm using this setup on my PC to play Formula 1 2019. I found this link where it shows some recommended settings for the game so I wanted to use those as my beginner settings. One of those settings I have been unable to apply is the sensitivity, whose recommended setting is 350. On my wheel that setting only goes up to 100 before the next value shown is "Automatic" so I'm wondering if I'm missing installing some specific firmware. Based on the FAQs I read the latest drivers already include the firmware; albeit is not clear to me whether there is a separate process/steps to update the firmware on the wheelbase aside from going through the driver installation process.
I also updated to this 347 beta driver. I take it that is the one you were referring to. Do most people update to the latest beta version? I see that there are some known issues on that version. Also, from the main website and manual I couldn't see any info and haven't dig deep in this forum but, since the wheel base has be ON while installing the driver, does that mean that the driver installation menu also takes care of updating the firmware? Or am I missing some step.

The SDK is not necessary to get output (pedal axis, steering wheel axis/rotation, button inputs) from our hardware. This is controlled by DirectInput only, as our devices are HID standard devices.
The SDK is not necessary to send force feedback effects to the wheel. For that you will only need to install the driver and send standard direct input commands for FFB.

So, like title suggest, in all NFS titles I played, including Underground 2, Most Wanted 2005, Carbon, Pro Street, and Heat, when I am connected to the steering wheel, the game will constantly scrolling up or down in all menus, and pedals are not working at all as well. I have done some research and seems like its been a problem long ago, but none of the 'solution' works for me. Is there anyone ever met this issue and successfully fixed it? The weird thing is in all other racing titles, Forza, Dirt, Grid, there's no problem at all, so I am kind of desperate, spending days to find a solution and nothing. Will appreciate any comment and help, thx everyone

I took a chance and purchased a new steering wheel in carbon, perforated leather and Alcantara, featuring a start/stop button and a drive select button on the steering wheel. I managed to get everything installed including the new Alcantara air bag cover (no small task!) on night one and managed to keep everything intact and not break any components.
Loosen the airbag: start the car, turn the steering wheel 90 degrees to the left, insert a screwdriver into the small hole behind the steering wheel to pry the internal buckle of the airbag, then turn the steering wheel 90 degrees to the right, and use one from the other hole behind the steering wheel. Insert a screwdriver into the other internal buckle of the air bag, release the air bag, and pull out the connecting wire between the air bag and the multi-function button.
