Carvana story not accurate

The Village of Skokie is only temporarily putting the Carvana Tower on hold until Carvana can clear up the suspension of their license to sell cars in Illinois.  Below is the letter Skokie's attorney sent the Carvana construction company.  So the project has not been permanently defeated, just temporarily suspended.
