Techny Basin & Techny North Plus Three Small Lakes Thursday 1-19-23

Hello Bird People,

After yesterday's long Grackle trip it was back to local birding for
me. Checked both Techny Basin & Techny North & then Beck Lake, Lake
Opeka & Axehead Lake. Unfortunately not many species seen today but I
did have one interesting bird at Techny North. And the rain held off
until I was finishing up at Techny North & that was nice.

Techny Basin (9-10:20 a.m.)

Canada Goose (12) & Mallard (11)
Cooper's Hawk (1-AD, after feeder birds)
Herring Gull (1-AD, flying by)
Pigeon (11) & Mourning Dove (6)

PEREGRINE FALCON (1 young one flying by)

Beck Lake (11:50-noon)
