Come and say hi to Bob Fisher and me at the Bird Conservation Network station! Sagawau is my BCN monitoring site and it's like my home away from home. Palos birding. What more is there to say?

Sagawau is in southwest Cook County on the east-west part of Route 83 that runs along the Sag Valley. Folks, that means the top of nearby Swallow Cliff, where the old toboggan slide used to be, isn't a big hill—it's at ground level. You can really grasp the size of the combined Sag and DesPlaines River valley from I-355 or the Lemont Rd. bridge.
