No sighting- Rockport Texas hummerbird festival question

Has anyone been to the rockport-fulton Texas hummerbird festival? I usually don't love festivals, but it does look fun to see so many Ruby throats gathered all in one spot fattening up for migration. I have been to Arizona in August and had the privilege of seeing 15 different species. I would hang a hummingbird feeder outside my cabin, and if I didn't hang it up by 5:30 in the morning, at least five species would be screeching at my window! I don't know if this Texas festival thing will be that fantastic, but I figured I'd ask if anyone had been and was willing to share their experience.
