to IBET - Illinois Birders Exchanging Thoughts
Hello Bird People,
Wanted to see Warblers so I went to LaBagh Woods while Bob Erickson
went to Dan Wright & Ryerson. I had 15 species of Warblers while Bob
had 21. Bob picked better than I did.

Then a quick stop at Techny North where the only shorebirds were Killdeer (2),
Spotted (2) & Least (10) Sandpipers. And I added Savannah Sparrow to
the day list.
So 57 species at my 2 locations plus roadside Pigeons for a day's total of 58.
Bird-Of-The-Day will be the fine looking Cape May Warbler & Runners-Up
will be the Blue Headed Vireo & the Golden Winged Warbler.
