Bald Eagle near Triton College

I saw a Bald Eagle circling over the Des Plaines river immediately east of Triton College across 1st Ave at 11:00 A.M. today. It was being harassed by a small hawk. This is the second Bald Eagle that I've seen in this section of Cook County this year. I saw the other flying low over NE Oak Park towards the river on March 30.
