Hello Bird People,
Went to the Wood Dale Reservoir today & was not happy with the fact
that all the mudflats are covered by water. A lady dog walker told me
they opened the spillway when the Salt Creek flooded & now there's
water everywhere. Too bad as the mudflats were looking great before
they flooded the place. It's going to take a long time for the water
to go down.

Catbirds, Warbling Vireos, Yellow Warblers, Common Yellowthroats,
Cardinal, Indigo Buntings, House Finches & Goldfinch.
Nothing but regular Summer birds today but Bird-Of-The-Day will go to
the hunting Caspian Terns with their nice oversized red bills.
Runner-Up to the one well seen Yellow Warbler.
