Least Bittern, Lake County

This afternoon a Least Bittern was hunting along the river at the Van Patten FP, another one of the greatest places on Earth.  Video can be seen here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nxXSxXbIFk.  With the river being so low there were a few mudflats in places with a few shorebirds including Killdeer, Semipalmated Plovers, and Spotted Sandpipers.
