Hello Bird People,
My computer was not working yesterday but it seems ok now so I'll try
& catch up.
Chicago Botanic Garden (9 am-12:15 pm)
Lots of birds at the Garden yesterday unlike the last time I was here.
So although I saw nothing special I had a lot to look at. Numbers of
Robins, Song Sparrows, Red Wings & Grackles were very high. And even
the ducks were better than usual.

Green Winged Teal (3-M & 1-F)
Bufflehead (1-PR)
Goldeneye (3)

Ring Billed (10) & Herring (4) Gulls
BALD EAGLE (1-IM)
Rock Pigeon (2) & Mourning Dove (9)
Red Bellied Woodpecker (2)
Blue Jay (2)
Crow (2)
Robin (~50)
Starling (2)
Cardinal (4)
Song Sparrow (10)
WHITE THROATED SPARROW (1)
Junco (2)
Red Winged Blackbird (15)

So 33 species at the Garden & 34 for the entire day.
Bird-Of-The-Day will be the young Bald Eagle & Runner-Up to the White
Throated Sparrow.
