Illiana Birds: No Sighting Wolf Lake

Notice:  The Chicago Bears want to build a domed stadium in Hammond, Indiana at the bi-state Wolf Lake and George Lake, which is next to the state line at SE Chicago. Though the Indiana legislature passed Senate Bill 27 for a Hammond stadium, the specific location in Hammond is not in the law.

To follow developments, I started a No Hammond Bears Stadium  public Facebook page for anyone concerned about the threat to the Calumet Region Wolf Lake eco-system.
