Fellow Ibeters,
The Eleania continues to be seen today thru the chain link fence of the Waukegan Water Plant, just west of Waukegan Municipal Beach.
It can be difficult hunkered down inside the low densiforme yews; it presents itself by flying to a new perch either hidden or in view. Patience helps.
Please do not try to walk into the Water Plant, it's off limits.
