to IBET - Illinois Birders Exchanging Thoughts
Hello Bird People,
Well finally after 13 years & about 220,000 miles the baby Prius
decided it wanted a new hybrid battery. This was when I was all the
way out at Muirhead on Monday. But I could drive it home ok & then on
Tuesday I took it to the Toyota dealer where they said it was indeed
the battery. Ordered one & they put it in on Wednesday. Went smoothly
except for what it cost. If you have a hybrid God help you when you
have to get a new main battery! Anyway, back to birding today.

So I didn't see much today but at least I am back on the birding trail
with a working car.

Maybe I can do better tomorrow?
