Osprey and Bald Eagle

HI all,

We made a quick stop at Orland Park Nature Center late this afternoon. Two Osprey have been seen here for the past few years. Upon arrival,  we saw one Osprey carrying a fish. Suddenly,  a Bald Eagle appeared and began chasing the Osprey. This went on for a couple of minutes, then the Osprey released the fish from it's talons. As the fish was falling,  the Bald Eagle swooped down and grabbed the fish in mid air! Talk about catch and release, this was catch and release and catch!What an incredible show.
