Big Marsh Sunday Sept 19

Mike C and I saw green-winged teal, northern pintail, greater yellowlegs, stilt sandpipers at the water and mudflats at Big Marsh seen from the concrete blocks.

Thanks to Al S for pointing us in the right direction.

In the marshy area just before the concrete, we saw sora, Virginia rail, Carolina wren and a ruby-throated hummer.

The snowy egret was also in the water nearby.
