There was what I believe to be a White-crowned Sparrow, as it had the white stripes on its head, flitting about along the road to the North Point Marina.  There was only a small part of the harbor with open water that had only a couple Goldeneyes on it from what I could see.  There were a good number of Canada Geese on the ice on the north end with some also towards the south.  A couple of videos of them on the north end can be seen here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xh6spDpxGwhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7x0oieFv8cg, with one of them where they're calling and the other of them resting quietly.

With the strong wind, most of the ice on the north end of the marina got blown out by the afternoon.  A small flock of Redheads were in the harbor for a while along with three drake Common Mergansers, Buffleheads and Goldeneyes.  A Harrier flew over to the State Line Beach and then back over the boat yard.  Still big flocks of Geese and Gulls in the area, especially in the morning as they often go quite a ways out into the lake later in the day.

Did a quick check at the marina early this afternoon.  Despite the cold, most of the north end of the harbor is still open.  A few Scaup and Redheads were in with the usual Buffleheads and Goldeneyes.  A big flock of Geese were resting on the ice next to the open area.
