ILA Leadership Forum Call to Action

Thanks to everyone who participated in the recent poll about the fate of the Leadership Forum. Based on the responses the Leadership Forum will continue with a focus on leadership training and communication about leadership.

Our direct next steps are:

1. Reactivate the Leadership Forum Blog through regular posts and guest writers

2. Propose an Unconference for the 2014 ILA Conference.

Also, when someone signs up for the leadership forum with their ILA membership they will now receive a postcard saying:

1. Write a blog post for us

2. Like us on Facebook

3. Attend the Unconfernece

A few topics under consideration for the blog are:

- your leadership story

-interview with a leader (based on a preset question list)

-review of leadership books
