Photographs of the flip chart notes from one of the Breaking Silos discussions and both of the Library Sustainability discussions. I'll be pulling more content from these in the next week or two (including more photos, possibly). I've also had another attendee volunteer to write a blog post.
So what are *you* waiting for? ;-) Even if you didn't attend the Unconference, you're more than welcome to write about any leadership topic that strikes your fancy. Did you attend a session at ILA that got you thinking about leadership in a new or different way? Did you talk to someone who sparked a new idea? Write about it for the blog!
