There's a Library Leadership discussion group on LinkedIn that you may be interested in (http://www.linkedin.com/groups?home=&gid=154725&trk=anet_ug_hm). If the link doesn't work, log onto LinkedIn, click on the Groups Directory (under the Groups tab) and search for Library Leadership. It is a closed group, so your request has to be approved.
