Update ILA Leadership Forum Meeting at ILA Conference Action Needed

Greetings - at the recent in person meeting at ILA we only had six people attend the Leadership Forum meeting. One of the purposes of the meeting was to plot out our next steps to be an active forum. However, based on the response to the forum meeting, we asked the hard question - "Is the Forum Truly Necessary and does it still need to exist?"

Part of leadership we feel is asking these hard questions and the truth is the forum doesn't run itself. We are grateful for the effort of our past forum manager, Laura Barnes, for all her work. But unless more people are willing and have the time to commit to the forum we feel it isn't viable.
