Leadership Forum Unconference proposal

proposal we submitted (which will be held the Monday prior to the 2012
Annual Conference in Peoria). She suggested that we hold the event at
the conference hotel (the Four Points Sheraton -- formerly the Holiday
Inn) in the afternoon and that we charge a fee of $15 to cover the
cost of refreshments (which will be provided via hotel catering). She
didn't think there would be a charge for the room.
Does this sound reasonable to everyone? The conference committee meets
Wednesday to review proposals and she expects questions about this
one, so I need to get back to her tomorrow if there are objections.
