11:00am-11:30am Discuss roles of proposed committees and ask for volunteers (committees are Membership, Programming, Communications, Conference). Everyone who is at the meeting should have at least one committee affiliation.
11:30am-noon Break for lunch (in house)
noon-1pm Committee breakouts
1pm-1:30pm Come together to update group on breakout sessions
1:30pm-2:00pm Discuss next steps

and not on the phone until after the meeting lunchtime. That
