It's time to find a new forum manager

I sent this to Kate Hall, the Forum's board liaison, last week.

I'm stepping down as manager of the Leadership Forum. Since taking on the Great Lakes Regional Pollution Prevention Roundtable Executive Director position, I'm having trouble keeping my head above water at work and I really can't devote the time to the forum that it deserves.

I think we have a good core group and I'm happy to continue to be involved, but I'm not in a position to move the forum to the next level.

Kate and I will be talking about where to go from here sometime in the next couple of weeks. Meanwhile, if anyone is willing to step forward and take the reins, please let me or Kate (kh...@newlenoxlibrary.org) know.
