US-IL, Clinical Research Training Associate

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Clinical Training
Manager with SOP development and implementation. This will involve
drafting new SOPs and guidelines, fostering them through the clinical
research SOP committee, and annually reviewing them to ensure SOP
compliance with regulatory agency requirements. You will also assist
the Clinical Training Manager with the training function, which will
involve planning and implementing training relative to new/revised
SOPs and required/requested GCP training, determining course
objectives, developing training modules, assembling course materials,
and delivering the training. Other responsibilities include
identifying R&D training needs, developing an annual training plan
which requires setting the overall training goals/themes for the year
and identifying training opportunities, developing a training schedule
for the year, and supervising clinical training personnel responsible
for maintenance of the training tracking database.
We require a minimum of a BA or BS degree, with 2-4 years clinical
research experience gained from pharmaceutical industry. An in-depth
understanding of the clinical trial process required and familiarity
with training requirements of FDA is necessary. Knowledge and
understanding of GCPs is a must.
