Perfection produces custom metal parts for the appliance, automotive,
consumer electronics, plastic insert molding industries and other
targeted markets. Founded in 1955 in a garage, Perfection has grown to
150 employees and operates with the philosophy that we are a division of
each customer's company. Cost reduction, engineering support, superior
quality, and customer service are goals we strive for on a daily basis.
The work environment is a dynamic, fast-paced, collection of the
customer's ever changing needs.

Responsibilities include handling engineering issues daily and
coordinating with internal and external customers to resolve open
sales/engineering orders.

Main responsibilities:
-Receive and review incoming quotes, revisions and purchase orders.
-Prescreen for target customers, markets and other opportunities.
Review
material specs and other criteria which relate to customer satisfaction.
-Work closely with VP Engineering and VP Tooling to resolve issues which
affect customer product, delivery or engineering issues.
-Travel to customers or prospects to develop new parts, projects, or
processes yielding additional sales for the company.

Travel to include 2-10 days per month.

Qualifications:
*Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent is preferred.
*This position requires 2-5 years field sales experience. Combination
of education and experience will be reviewed closely.
*Able to handle a wide variety of duties.
*Able to exercise considerable judgment and work independently.
*Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
*Prefer experience in the metal forming industry with strong emphasis on
design and knowledge of progressive dies, multi-slide tooling and metal
springs.
*Knowledge of computer programs i.e., ACT, Lotus, Windows, Word Perfect
