General Description of Job:
Responsibilities
1. Participate with sales representatives in the preparation and execution of individual sales strategies for TranScape prospects and
customers
2. Complete application & technology profiles on customers.
3. Perform prospect and customer presentations and demonstrations using TranScape
applications and tools and define how the application will meet the customer
needs and expectations.
4. Position TranScapes value proposition as a part of our overall business solution, tying these benefits back to key
business/technology issues of the prospects/customers.
5. Prepare responses to RFPs and RFIs and prospect inquires providing detailed product
specifications.
6. Document the technical specifications on each assigned account for the installation process including, systems, networks, applications,
customer expectations for the product, scope of integration, time line for
integration, etc., Accountable for delivering this document by utilizing the
APT and Diagram tools to the service Systems Engineer to be successful.
7. Review and gain approval from the SE on the documented application.
8. Assist with organization seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities in local
districts in order to promote awareness of TranScape and our applications.
Serve as the Technical Evangelist for product at national events.
9. Conduct custom demonstrations and benchmarks, using actual or derived customer
information, i.e. scenario and scripted demos
