COMMENTS: Lead and manage a QA department responsible for state
of the art networking products. Create and review
test plans, test schedules, test matrixes and overall
test strategy. Work closely with engineering and
product marketing groups. Manage and grow the team
from its present size to a group of around 30.
Candidates should have at least 5 years experience
leading a QA group or department, a bachelor's or
master's degree in a technical field, the ability to
lead a large QA group, knowledge and understanding of
test methodology and knowledge some or all of the
following: C/C++, Java, LAN/WAN protocols such as
TCP/IP, SNMP, ATM, PPP, and IP.
