Software Engineers (IL-Chicago) Position 128B
This $250MM factory automation/systems and controls company is
expanding its Software Technology Group and actively looking for
several Software Engineers at various levels. Must have experience in
C++, Windows 95/NT, and Microsoft tools (Visual C++, MFC, etc.). The
ideal candidate would have experience in developing software to be
sold as a product, as opposed to developing applications for finance
or human resources. Any engineering knowledge and an understanding of
PLC's and similar control components would be preferred. Experience
with OLE/Active X would be a real plus, but not required. The
technology used will very with the product being developed and can
also include the use of Rational Rose, Select/OMT, Visual Basic,
Delphi, and JAVA. A degree is required preferably in Electrical or
Software Engineering, but Computer Science would be fine. Must
participate in the full life cycle of software development. Salary
ranges from $35K to $85K; will consider fresh grad's/junior level as
well as more experienced/senior level engineers. Strongly prefer
