Dear Community members,

Congratulations to Convention leadership & entire participants on successful conduction of 11th KCCNA National convention. As is traditional, all memories of this epic weekend will be documented and printed as a souvenir book. 

We hereby invite write-ups from community members on relevant topics to be inserted in the souvenir.  The deadline to submit entries is July 31, 2014. 

Guidelines:

· This invitation is open to entire Knanaya community.

· Articles can be on any topics, any form and genres but must have relevance with North American Knanaya community. However articles in keeping with this year’s convention theme:  “Honoring our Heritage, Celebrating our Existence, Foreseeing our Future” is highly welcomed

· Medium can be English or Malayalam

· Articles should be legibly typed or hand written in A4 size paper. No article should exceed three pages and limit maximum of 450 words per page.

· The complete articles must be submitted by July 31st 2014.  For digital entries, email to:  kccn...@gmail.com  For hard copy entries, mail to: Linson Kaithamalayil, 9393 Dee Road, Des Plaines, IL 60016. 

· With the entry, be sure to include:  First Name, Last Name, Family Name, Local Association, and Full Mailing Address with phone number & Email Address..

· KCCNA will have complete rights to accept or deny the articles after scrutiny.

· By submitting the articles you are authorizing KCCNA to publish your articles and relevant details in 2014 KCCNA convention souvenir. KCCNA will have complete legal rights of the article which should not completely or partially publish in any other publication without written consent from KCCNA. 

The Souvenir Committee is committed to publish the materials and information as received. Any unseen errors resulting from typing and/or technical problems must be pardoned. Monetary claims will not be permitted. Requesting your wholehearted co-operation and supports.
