in this page of the openwrt project, it is said that orange never released themodified  u-boot loader, and the page links to this page, but this page is no longer available, after some research i found this one which seems to contain all the source code?

Idk if it's anything new or if i'm just necro'ing this group, but this source code archive seems pretty promising...

check my backups to see what kind of code I had:
