Specifies whether certificate verification should be performed forhttps URLs. If this option is not provided, the default behavior isdetermined by the CMAKE_TLS_VERIFY variable (seefile(DOWNLOAD)). If that is also not set, certificateverification will not be performed. In situations where URL_HASHcannot be provided, this option can be an alternative verificationmeasure.
