Color schemes

Hi Duncan,

I have checked in the code that adds support for color schemes in ijython. The color configurator dialog has a drop down combo that allows the user select one of the 2 predefined color schemes (ipython and geocraft) or a custom color scheme that is also editable.

Please feel free to edit the desired colors of the existing color schemes in org.leo.shell.color.ColorScheme or even add new schemes.
