Dear Colleagues,

This is a reminder about the upcoming Neutrino Platform Pheno Week, scheduled for Feb 17–21, 2025, at CERN. We invite you to attend this event, either in person or virtually:

The workshop will focus on integrating theoretical and experimental approaches across neutrino physics, with topics including neutrino interactions, Accelerator-Based Neutrino Physics, BSM at neutrino experiments including SHiP, Neutrino Cosmology and Astrophysics, Neutrinos at the LHC, and Neutrino Masses: Models and Measurements, among others.

The workshop will also include a discussion session on contributions to the European Strategy for Particle Physics (ESPP), aiming to develop a white paper that highlights Europe's commitment to neutrino physics, the critical role of cross-section predictions, and the growing importance of theoretical analysis as large-scale experiments like DUNE, Hyper-K, and JUNO advance. Participants are encouraged to help identify key topics and structure this strategic white paper.

We are pleased to announce the following key invited speakers:

Jordy de Vries (Amsterdam University) - Neutrinoless double beta decay theory.
Valentina de Romeri (IFIC) - CEvNS.
Ivan Esteban (Basque University) - High-energy neutrinos: IceCube, KM3NET, and beyond.
Damiano Fiorillo (Niels Bohr Institute) - Supernova neutrinos and SN1987A concordance.
Julia Gehrlein (Colorado State University) - Neutrino factories.
Felix Kahlhoefer (KIT) - Feebly interacting particles at particle detectors.
Minoo Kabirnezhad (Oxford University) - Neutrino cross-section theory.
Shirley Li (University of California, Irvine) - Impact of cross-section uncertainties on BSM searches.
Biswarup Mukhopadhyaya (IISER) - Atmospheric neutrinos with ATLAS.
Isabell Oldengott (Bielefeld University) - Early Universe neutrino cosmology.
Juan Rojo (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) - Neutrinos from the LHC.
Marko Simonovic (Florence University) - Cosmological neutrino mass measurements with LSS.
Zoya Vallari (Caltech) - Long Baseline neutrino experiments.
Shun Zhou (IHEP Beijing) - Neutrino mass model landscape.

We encourage you to register by December 15. In-person participation is limited to approximately 80 participants and will be moderated. Short presentations are also very welcome, and we encourage participants to share this announcement with others who may be interested.

Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you at the Neutrino Platform Pheno Week.

Best regards,
