MW/Optical Network engineer

Location: Sulaimaniya (able for business trip to all over Iraq)
Responsibility:
² Conduct installation and commissioning of ordinary projects under guidance.
² Responsible for supporting the HUAWEI Transmission Product Line with customers and third party vendors in current and future deployment projects.
² Use knowledge and experience in Transmission Product technical support to implement and maintain software within our Transmission products, while dealing with customers on a daily basis.
² Successful candidate in this position will utilize his/her skills in telecom technology in this position. Knowledge of transmission technologies is necessary with a strong, fundamental understanding of transmission network infrastructure and criteria (SONET, DWDM, SDH and Microwave).
² We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills who is also driven to work independently when necessary.
Requirements:
Ø Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Engineering Technology (Telecommunications), or equivalent.
Ø Experience: 3 -5 years of relevant Technical Experience.
Ø Skills: In-Depth Knowledge or experience with SONET, SDH, DWDM and Microwave in order to interface with customers and R&D Ability to solve problems.
Ø Others: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit, and adaptability. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Willing to travel to all region of Iraq when required.
Site Design Engineer
Quantity: 2
Location: Sulymaniyah, Baghdad, Basra of Iraq (frequently traveling is required)
Responsibility:
² Manage the process of construction drawing (Site design and OSP design): According to the issued engineering plan, track the engineering process, monitor the drawing quality and reasonability according to quality standards, and handle, track, and report design drawings problems when necessary.
² To be control, manage and coordinate with the design subcontractor/consultant to complete Site Design Report; review Site Design Report that is from design subcontractor /consultant; submit the site design report to customers to get the approval; transfer Site Design Report to CW engineer; reporting and coordination with the customers with the technical issues of detailed design, and make and optimize the standard design as the requirement of the customer and local regulation.
² Site document management: According to the document list, collect and archive the process documents regarding site construction, and collect and archive the proofs for site problems.
Requirements:
Ø Education: Bachelor degree and above Major: Civil engineering, electric, or related areas
Ø Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Outside Plant Telecom Environment.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction civil work experience.
Ø Skills:
o Take Field Notes of the outside plant environment
o Read existing Telecom and utility maps from other sources
o Can design EWO (Engineering Work Order) from the field notes taken
o Understanding of F2 design and provisioning
o Can design FOC(Fiber Optical Cable) routes in urban and rural environment
o Good writing and speaking skills
o Customer Relations skill
o Provide solutions in a civil construction or engineering environment
o Understand the land acquisition process
o Can manage subcontractors
Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer:

Location: Sulymanyiah, Erbil, Baghdad
Responsibility:
² Provide pre-sales technical support to Marketing department and customers.
² Responsible for Radio network planning and optimization ,take charge of the accomplishment of Planning and optimization target ;
² Be able to Analyze network performance and Solve Network problems ;
² Need learning ability, communication skills and flexibility for company organization. Qualification
Requirements:
Ø Education: Education: Bachelor degree or above, telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science or related majority.
Ø Experience: Have knowledge and more than 1 year experience of GSM /CDMA / WIMAX / WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization.
Ø Skills: Familiar with the basic tools like Drive test software, MapInfo software, Microsoft Office etc, be good in communication and presentation
Ø Language Kurdish, Arabic and English.
Ø Others: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic Or Kurdish, Adapt to frequent business trip in Iraq.
Senior Network engineer
Quantity: 3
Location: Sulymanyiah, Erbil, Baghdad
Responsibility:
² Perform equipment (router, Lanswitch, firewall) hardware and software installation, data configuration, interconnection, integration, dimensioning etc.
² Monitor and analyze equipment (router, Lanswitch, firewall) statistics such as alarm statistics, performance statistics, traffic statistics and output report.
² Perform equipment (router, Lanswitch , firewall) maintenance tasks such as system power check, data and configuration check, equipment fan status etc.
² Schedule and carry out planned and unplanned work during system upgrades, system migration, system cutover etc.
² Support presales team for technical related issues.
Requirements:
Ø Education: Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications or related field of study.
Ø Certification: CCNP is must, CCIE is better.
Ø Experience: working experience in Data Communication Network devices. Familiar with technical knowledge in Network product such as router, Lanswitch , firewall.
Ø Skills: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Telecommunication industry. Good technical knowledge in LAN/WAN network communication systems and infrastructures, Familiar with routing protocols such as static routing protocol, OSPF/ISIS/BGP dynamic routing protocol. Understand the theory of QOS/MPLS VPN. Good command in designing and planning of LAN/WAN network. Good skill in trouble shooting .
Ø Others: Good command in English. Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel to all region of Iraq when required.
Core Network engineer
Quantity: 6
Location: Sulymaniyah, Baghdad, Basra of Iraq (frequently traveling is required)
Responsibility:
² Conduct installation and commissioning of ordinary projects under guidance;
² Assist engineer to solve ordinary equipment problems;
² Support the operation of equipment;
² Collect customer’s suggestion and requirement , and feedback the collected info.
² As a practitioner at starting stage. Acquire basic knowledge of some products;
² Be Familiar with service regulations;
² Be able to complete the implementation of ordinary projects; Be able to assist others in solving 8.ordinary equipment problems;
² Strongly learning ability, Communication skills and flexibility for company organization.
Qualification
Requirements:
Ø Education: Education: Bachelor degree or above, telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science or related majority.
Ø Experience: one year or above in Core Network MSC for GSM or CDMA network. Candidates who have experience on the maintenance operation will be treated as high priority.
Ø Skills: Have a basic knowledge about MSC products, Familiar with the basic tools like Micro Office, PMP etc.
Ø Others: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic or Kurdish Strong self-study ability. Adapt to frequent business trip.
BSS Engineer

² Be responsible for technical service operation in GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/Wimax BSS Engineering/ Maintenance.

Microwave Planning and Design Engineer

Responsibility:
² Responsibility for microwave transmission planning, providing technical supporting, make solution for bidding, supporting per-sale for major and key project;
² Responsibility for microwave transmission LOS survey arrangement with subcontractor and audit the survey report in implementation stage;
² Responsibility for microwave transmission routing design, capacity design, frequency channel design, provide link budget in implementation stage;
² Responsibility for microwave link installation chart design in implementation stage;
² Responsibility for microwave link installation material list planning in implementation stage;
² Solve ordinary problems in daily work in implementation stage;
Requirements:
Ø Education: Bachelor degree or above, telecommunications, electronic engineering, or related area;
Ø Experience: Have experience on microwave transmission network including microwave backbone network, mobile access network; familiar with related application, procedure and protocol; Have plenty of experience on network planning, also can make solution for pre-sale project. Familiar with route planning, capacity planning, LOS survey, link budget calculation, frequency planning etc. Have basic knowledge on conception on all IP technology;
Ø Skills: Communication, electronic or related specialty; Can use Pathloss are preferred.
