Is any one of my fellows doing research in molecular nano electronics. I need to prepare presentation on one of the topics given below

Spintronics and its applications. 
Graphene and its applications for nanoelectronics
optical molecules and its applications.

Kindly send me, If any one you has relevant material covering introduction to the subject and state of the art.
