Subject: iitr_voice congratulattion Dr. Manoj Arora

We congratulate Dr. Manoj Arora, Professor Department of Civil Engineering for being selected as Director of PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh. He will be the first Alumni of PEC and the youngest person to be selected as Director of PEC.

I am worried about his replacement in IITR as Dean Academic and colleague in the department. I don't agree if anyone say no one is indispensable. But wish him very best for future.
