Modus operandi is that the consultant (financer) will sponsor the Mahesh Kumar for all the money required at different level. Mahesh Kumar has to commit to compensate and provide additional benefit to the consultant once he gets the position. 

Here either Mahesh Kumar has to search for the Consultant or Consultant has to search for a Mahesh Kumar.
