My name is Pratul Gupta, a 2011 IIT Madras graduate and one of the co-founders of Grexter. We launched Grexter with an aim to change the way people find houses on rent. It is a very simple technology-platform that enables rental housing with 'unlimited' flexibility. The house seeker can choose the house of his/her liking and then customize it on parameters like duration of stay, security deposit, furniture, no .of rooms etc. We want to standardize, simplify & enhance the house hunting experience.

The founders hail from IIT Madras and IIT Kharagpur with diverse backgrounds (ex-Deutsche Bank, ex-Amazon employees, ex-entrepreneurs, ex-VCs). We are moving on to the next level of expansion and are keen to build a strong core team to join us on this exciting journey.  We are currently looking for our very first Marketing manager.

You are perfect for the role if:

(1) You enjoy talking to people and can strike a conversation with almost anyone

(2) You hate the house hunting process and wish it were more efficient

(3) You think our website can be improved a lot and already have a few ideas in mind

(4) You like taking ownership and enjoy your independence

Location: Bangalore

Preferred background: Any (As long as you know how to sell)

Compensation: Decent Salary with ESOPs to begin with.
