For TMQ finalists

Hey,

We had a request after TechSoc Main Quiz from a finalist that he needed a certi for it asap to apply for insti blues. The core wants to know if there's anyone else who needs some formal acknowledgement for insti blues/other purposes since actual certis will be ready only much later. Reply to me by Friday midnight if you want anything of this sort.

Lol. Me too, though I remember paining Blade after he put up a gtalk status couple of years back about certis being ready.
