Dear Interns,
Hope you guys are doing fine! I am sending this mailer to you all, so that I can bring you up to date on your internship with us in Hosur. So, I thought I shall summarise the overall plan as on today.
1. PFA the time-table/schedule for your batch (IITs Program)
2. JOINING DATES
a. All interns are requested to confirm joining date by 05 May 2011 positively

3. PROJECT CHARTERS
a. All of you will receive project titles only upon ARRIVAL in Hosur, directly from your guides. You will all work in our AEG department (part of NPD). The department’s manager, Mrs Sujatha will co-ordinate your internship.
Please bring the following documents for security check on 10 May 2011 @ TVSM, Hosur:-
1. Copy of our offer letter to you/your placement office in college
2. College ID card
3. 2 passport size photos (recent)
