The Junior Bridge Development Committee of the Bridge Federation of India is intending to hold a series of training workshops for junior players interested in representing the nation at the 2014 World Youth Team Championships.
The 15th World Youth Teams Championships will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, hosted by the Koç University from 13th to 23rd August 2014.
The Championships comprise three individual Championship events:
The World Junior Teams for the Ortiz-Patino Trophy. This Championship is for Junior players who must not have achieved their 25th birthday by 31st December 2013
The World Youngsters Teams for the Damiani Cup. This Championship is for players who must not have achieved their 20th birthday by 31st December 2013
The World Girls Teams for the Rona Cup. This Championship is for female players who must not have achieved their 25th birthday by 31st December 2013
Interested juniors wishing to offer their candidature for selection as well as other juniors wishing to participate must first ensure their registration with their respective state associations as well as with the BFI junior register (online)
Those interested may send their details of Full Name, Age including Date of Birth, Complete address, Contact details such as mobile or landline, email address and level of playing proficiency(Novice,Beginner,Intermediate,Advanced) to Deone Menezes at deo...@hotmail.com .
