Role Purpose:
Acts as project manager for customer connection program (beta coordinator).
Responsibilities include:
- Driving active participation
and investigating reported issues.
- Project management.
- Managing communication and
information sharing.
- Providing a basic level of
technical support.
Qualifications: Good
English skills are required. Must have an understanding of basic computer
science concepts. Must have general technical understanding of the Windows
operating system but in depth technical knowledge is not required. Must have
sufficient technical depth to communicate with product development. Strong
communication skills are required, technical writing skills are an advantage.
Must have the ability to learn quickly and work independently within a remote
team.
Other language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
Competencies we’re looking for:

speaking, courtesy, etc.;
- Organizational skills: The ability to structure
work and execute on project plan.
- Stress tolerance: The ability to handle
ambiguous situations and lack of information.
- Communication: Desire and ability to
communicate effectively;
- Applied reasoning: The applicant’s
reasoning ability (English and native) in the context of a work
environment;
- Customer focus and passion for quality
- Technical knowledge
- Inter-cultural awareness: Ability to respectfully handle
differences in courtesy and diverse communication styles, etc.
(interaction with product groups and peers)
- Negotiation skills: Ability to discuss and
negotiate the proper issue resolution. Knowing when to persist an issue
and when to accept that an issue will not get fixed.
