Job Description
· MS in Computer Science/ Telecommunications required; with at least 3 – 8 years related experience with a BS. The candidate must have knowledge of GSM technology, CAMEL, INAP and GSM MAP protocols and pertinent work experience. Experience with these protocols must be from working on live Telephony projects. Familiarity with the concepts in Third Generation Wireless Networks, 3GPP OSA, Virtual Private Network, originating & terminating Voice Pre-Paid, Pre-paid SMS, & Pre-Paid GPRS services a plus. Experience with large commercial projects a plus.
· Experience with IP and telecom protocols, signal handling, semaphores, multithreaded applications, debuggers, AIX, Visibroker, Oracle desirable.
· Must be committed to the support of currently deployed code and to participation in a 7x24 pager rotation schedule. ISCP WIN and CIN products are used mainly with international customers, therefore some international travel is required.
· For Sr Engineers/Leads - Must be willing to take technical direction from team leaders. Must be able to work with customer in debugging service related problems. Must be committed to the support of currently deployed code and to participation in a 7x24 pager rotation schedule. ISCP WIN and CIN products are used mainly with international customers, therefore some international travel may be required
· For Sr Leads - Lead service developer to both develop/maintain ISCP CoreINAP & CAMEL services. Must be committed to the support of currently deployed code and to participation in a 7x24 pager rotation schedule. ISCP WIN and CIN products are used mainly with international customers, therefore some international travel may be required. Must have knowledge of GSM technology, CAMEL, INAP and GSM MAP protocols.
· Good English communication skills, both oral and written, are mandatory
