Relevant Past Experience (4+ years of total experience)
Experience in leading web projects with understanding of both client side and server side technologies on the web
Experience leading cross functional team and ability to facilitate interface design choices based on implementation complexity
Good understanding of design patterns
Hands on experience in designing and developing applications on Java/J2EE stack including Spring, Hibernate, Struts and Ajax
Exposure to all phases of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Experience in SEO/Internet marketing will be an added plus
