Position : Tech Lead
Work Location : Bangalore

Education & Skill Requirements
o A bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering or an equivalent field, from a reputed university.
o Minimum of 7 years experience in software design and engineering.
o The individual should have a deep understanding of J2EE technologies (Java / JSP /XML /Struts/hibernate/Spring ), implementation support structures, & integration tools and technology.
o Extensive experience designing/developing J2EE compliant applications using Websphere, Tomcat, WebLogic or similar products.
o Experience with databases (preferably Oracle) C SQL query optimization , stored procedure development , JDBC.
o Experience with object modeling using Rational Rose or Magic Draw would be plus
o Excellent ability to architect, design and develop Object Oriented and Service Oriented software with practical use of design patterns
o Experience with distributed systems or a large enterprise background is a must.
o Must have strong decision-making skills; take-charge personality, and the ability to drive a plan to completion combined with good written and oral communication.
o Ability to lead change, be personally adaptable, & perform well under pressure.
o Excellent written and oral communication
o Strong people and technical leadership skill.
