We are looking to hire VP Engineering, Mumbai
We are looking to hire a technology fanatic who will be the VP of Engg or will get there in a few years (depending upon experience), if the performance is outstanding. However, from the very beginning the candidate will be leading the technology effort. He should meet the following criteria
· Good understanding of software engineering and architecture, from databases to front end He should be able to do hands on coding and rapidly build the product.
· Ability to quickly understand new stuff. E.g., should be able to learn a new language or technology very quickly(ROR/Ruby on Rails)
· Ability to take on challenging tasks and deliver, whatever it takes. A 'can do' attitude.
· Hands on experience in product development.
· Can work independently, and move on to lead a team of bright engineers.
