1) Oracle Apps DBA with Performance Tuning --- 4 – 8 yrs

2) Lotus Notes Migration to Share point --- 4-8yrs

3) Mail Migration, Project Manager --- 9-15yrs

4) C++ on Windows --- 7-12yrs
