Please find below a brief on Three Sixty West, Worli - India's most premium residential project developed by Oberoi Realty Ltd.
Highlights:
· Location: Between Avantha House (Cromton Greaves) and Old Passport Office, 5 mins driving distance from Worli Sea Link and 15 mins from BKC.
· Contractor: Samsung Corp, South Korea. Samsung has constructed the world’s tallest towers including Burj Khalifa - Dubai, Petronas Towers - Malaysia and Taipei 101 - Taiwan. This is Samsung’s first project in India.
· Two towers: 1) Residential – 88 floors, 170 apartments and 2) Hotel – Ritz Carlton.
· Two Configurations: 4BHK with usable carpet area of 5235 sq ft and 5BHK with 6651 sq ft.
· All approvals are in place and construction is in full swing. They have already constructed more than 63 slabs in residential tower and 30 slabs in hotel building. Possession is expected in Dec 2016. The project currently is running ahead of schedule.
