i just received a pixelated print paper, a velvet back so called heavy frame, shards of glass and half of it pounded down to silica and yes ... a line from ankur saying it cost 200 bucks ...

Let's do one thing man, let's write a written complaint to Srini
Koppulu regarding the conduct of his team and take Ankur and Ashish
Krishna to the cleaners. Absolutely horrendous. What do they think we
are? Dirt? We gave them the NDA as soon as we could and they behave in
this way.

I'm not buying any Microsoft product in the future. And would inform
my friends too.

FYI,
(SHARDS of GLASS)essssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss  in bangalore courier too,
and interesting thing is that the 3 unbroken ones belongs to people living in same flat, seems they had personally done this breaking of frames..... :D
